klane88 Posted December 28, 2011 Share Posted December 28, 2011 The other day my check engine lihgt came on and so did my cruise control, which is blinking. I just installed a boost gauge and it is not boosting correctly. Could the check engine and cruise control light being on have anyting to do with this? LGTMTB Posted February 9, 2012 Share Posted February 9, 2012 This happened in the first year after we purchased our Legacy (new) in 2005 and the dealer took care of it but I recalled the dealer indicating something about the gas cap. Well it just started happening a couple days ago and I checked the gas cap and it was barely on...let alone tightened. I'm pretty sure this is the issue I have (can't speak exactly to your reason).
