uprising Posted July 24, 2010 Share Posted July 24, 2010 ok i didnt want to but this seller (ineedmorepsi) on blast about my transaction. i even pmed him a couple times before making this thread. But it really seems that he blamed the shipping on how my tabs have broken from my JDM projector headlights. the major issue is that these tabs were broken before i even got them and they were OBVIOUSLY repaired before but i was never told that these headlights had broken tabs. i mean its just shady to sell to another member untold messed up products. pictures mean everything. the one tab that broke off when i opened that package... do you see repair? i do http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v398/uprisinkhmer/IMAG0126.jpg the other headlight http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v398/uprisinkhmer/IMAG0125.jpg as you can tell they both are obvious and the seller is trying to say it was a shipping issue. i think its unfair that i wasnt told of this. what do you guys think? i can fix this myself but at the same time its just shady.... I can have your IP tracked and have your local Leos throw you in jail for coercing someone to do an act of violence(if I feel I or my family is threatened), along with many other minor thrown in charges? So basically what I'm saying is my info is with uprising and he is solely responsible for my info, listening to LALGT will both get you in trouble, because I'm not a normal citizen and don't take these things lightly. Anyways I did disclose all info that was needed. And he got a hell of a deal on them with Hid and plug and play harness. If they are broken than I have to contact FedEX about it because it is a shipping issue. I have pics days before shipment showing that they were good and in working condition. Also I responded back to your PMs in a timely matter BUT don't threaten me. It's a FedEx shipping issue. If you go thru Paypal you wont get any money I will assure you. They will only freeze my account, and try to take money out when there is none in it and I have other accounts to use due to people like you assuming and drawing conclusions(causing my selling to stop for a little). TBH I could disappear and forget about this and your SOL, handle this situation responsibly and civilized and thing will turn out well. **I would also like to add I've sold 5 things on here(totaling over $1000) and they were all good transactions with NO hiccups. most recent was a rare like-new RFRB grill to 98quiksilvergt that he's posted and made a thread about. Reason for selling my JDM stuff and Suby parts is because I'm selling my car and wanted them to go to another enthusiasts not because they were broken. Just for clarification. So what do you "uprising" want me to do or how to rectify the situation. Note I no longer have a need for JDM headlights or broken ones for that matter. WTF is that? i dont care if youre a special person or not, i dont care about PD's or anything at this point. its just the fact that you sold me a shady ass product. YOU as a enthusiast and a person are dishonest. look at that picture!!!!!! it clearly shows a repair to the headlights. all im asking for now is just shoot me back 50 bucks and we call it even. cause i can repair them on my own. you probably sold them thinking i was some kid that wont realize that type of stuff but im sorry i know when shits broken bro. ripping off enthusiasts sucks. i know you sold that RFBF, he seems happy about it, but im not happy about my headlights. with those broken tabs......
