ashwinearl
I bought some 18x7.5" Linea Limex BE5 before I knew I'd end up in upstate NY with some rough roads. Is there a recommended tire size with a taller ratio that will work on 18" wheels on a stock height 2005 LGT wagon?
Drift Motion
get 17" wheels
Jack Giovo
He is right - we were just down near and in NY City and pot holes were a plenty - we have 225/50/17 Nittio's and they did great - not knowing where I was going - GPS on fritz - following close to our Son so pot holes were hard to dodge and the tires were great - at least go with a 50 section width to keep the holes from wiping out your wheels

.Catalyst.
go with a 50 section width to keep the holes from wiping out your wheels50 does not refer to section width. Wrong measurement. It is the aspect ratio of the tires sidewall. My spec.B [#163] Project Thread with Pictures Get CryoTuned!
Jack Giovo
I stand corrected - you do not want the width of the tire but the aspect ratio, sidewall height or profile - also terms used in my tire calculator - to protect your rims - also when changing tire circumference check a tire calculator to find out speedo difference
