I'd also like to get an idea on head count as well so we know how much food we will need!! http://www.nautilusrun.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=39&p=137#p137 Charity BBQ We ask that everyone bring a canned good to Donate There will be free food,Drinks, & Raffle with prizes Swap Meet Do you have some extra stuff sitting at your house you'd like to sell? well bring it out Feel free to post your stuff up here to arrange possible prior sales Car Show This will be determined on how much interest there is. I was think 1&2nd for imports, 1&2nd for domestics and maybe trophies, like I said depending on the interest. So after all the large turnouts we've had in the pass, I thought this meet could be used to do some good in the local community. My thoughts at the moment are to do something kinda like the college park meet, but on a smaller scale. I'd ask that everyone that comes to the BBQ bring a canned good, that will be donated to the Anne Arundel Food Bank. http://www.aafoodbank.org/images/logo_small.gif http://www.aafoodbank.org/ I'll be looking to Subaru for some sponsorship on this meet(free food and drinks are always a plus), as well as local vendors(free raffle anyone?). I want this to be a fun event for all, but I need to hear from the community on what they want out of this event. I am thinking we could do a sports event, maybe the swap meet, have Subaru bring out some cars if possible, and I'm sure you guys have your own Ideas thats why I want your input This meet is not Subaru Specific, so feel free to invite your other local car enthusiasts. You can copy this and put it up on whatever other forums you may be on, so let's start getting the word out there now. The more people we can bring out the more we can probably get out of our sponsors. So in order to get all these idea's from you guys and to keep this forum's space clean, I have made a website and forums where you can put your opinions for the meet. So let's get the ball rolling Vendors if you'd like to become involved please PM me, here or on Nautilus Run site.
