OCDetails
I've done a few Subarus recently, but they weren't Legacies. The paint seems to be a lot better than it was on my '05. It's even better than it was as early as '11. I was just curious if anybody with a newer Legacy has any feedback on the paint. That was one of my biggest gripes about my car... I hate spending $30k on a new car with worse paint than I could have gotten on a $10k used Honda. _________________________________________ “Cleanliness becomes more important as godliness becomes more unlikely.” O C D E T A I L S . OCDetails
You know, for a company that makes cars that are AWD and meant to be driven in pretty rough conditions, you'd think they would do a little better job on the paint. Swirls I can deal with, but it is the fact that paint literally falls off the car when driving it at speed that really irritates me... _________________________________________ “Cleanliness becomes more important as godliness becomes more unlikely.” O C D E T A I L S . GTEASER
My buddy's '13 WRB STi has only 6k miles on it and he has paint chips galore. My '12 SWP Legacy GT has 40k on it and only 2 or 3 small chips in the bumper (showing thru black) and 1 on the hood that only chipped off the clear coat. We pretty much drive the same roads.
