Swiss1
I have a 2005 model that does not have DRL lights installed. I have searched here and found lots of threads about disabling and changing the DRLs to HID... but could not see what I need. By law now in Switzerland you MUST have DRL on during the day or Headlights. The DRLs must turn off or dim when headlights are on. I have bought some LED DRL lamps and a module/controller for these. This module needs the following connections: +12v - Battery connection (which I could connect directly to the Battery) -12v - Earth (Which I assume just needs to go the a chassis earth point) +12v ACC Input Ignition signal +12v Input head light low beam signal +12v connection to lamps -12v Earth for lamps I'd rather not cut into wires, so wanted to know the best solution for this installation. SOme help would be apprecieted.

Neutron619
You could tap into them with t taps from 3M. And drill your own ground dont use an existing ground. And I would use Ign not Acc. Ign usually supports more voltage. If you dont want to use ttaps then I think only way is to order OEM everything and just plug n play.
