at last
Hey guys...Now that I have finally worked out that I need a NTSC reversing camera for the sat nav on the subi. (MY07)...I just need to work out which one and get it to Aus. So...can those who have one or know a good one for the Legacy/Liberty please post a link to it (and be good if they shipped to Aus). I am naturally after something small (and reverse image) and that could be made to fit the Liberty (as we call it here in Aus.). Max. price would be ~$160USD. I don't mind a bit of customising, but it needs to able to fit in discretely under the lip on the boot. Something perhaps like this? http://www.supercircuits.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=5628#detailed Happy to go a Tribeca B9 camera (just the cam) if someone can get me one. Thanks in advance guys.
Repsak
i have a cheap $50 ebay one for my truck and it was perfect. had it in for about 1 year before i traded the truck in. I think you will be paying mainly for lumens and angle...

djsauce
I got the Kenwood CCD-900. I have it mounted and it is great at night. My only issue is that I think it might be a little too big. I am not sure. Sometimes I look at it and it looks OK. I still need a way of taking the trim above the license plate off so I can run the wire correctly (make a "U" cut for the cable) and maybe move the camera up into the trim so it does not loook as big as I think it does. Another wierd thing is that the instructons say do not take it through a pressurized wash - that sux! I will try to post some pics. Other than that I am real happy with it. http://images.cardomain.net/products/ken/KENCCD900.jpg

djsauce
I followed the instructions to take the trim off but got too scared. I took the screws out underneath the license plate. Then it said to pull the trim. Then you can remove the trim above the license plate. So basically you need to remove one really big trim piece to get at the small trim piece - that's my understnading. If you look in the "Exterior/Aesthetics" thread you will see a post about the trim anda PDF on how to remove it..
