Fuse 14? Brake, plate, front signal lights won't turn off.

2005 LGT Wagon. My brake lights, plate lights, and front signals will not turn off. They seem to be controlled by Fuse #14. The below thread I found from 2006 may have been the same issue, but my pulling the fuse overnight and throwing it (and a newer one) back in doesn't work. Pulled the battery and back on and that doesn't work either.

 

Any thoughts? A neighbor said they had this problem on a car before and their battery was too old to turn them off? Never heard that before, but the battery is 125k old.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Is this not the switch on top of steering column?

Of course it was. Duh. WTF is that switch for? 125k miles of cleaning, driving, armorall'ing and this is the first time i've hit that. Thanks. Mod. Go ahead and clear this if you want. Thanks again.
