01 lgt borla header questions

Thinking about installing borla headers on my car. Found a nice used setup on craigslist for 150 bucks. Seems like a good deal. I have a good friend that is a mechanic so labor would be cheap. Couple questions about people that have done this upgrade:

1. what do I need to purchase in regards to gaskets, hardware, etc?

2. will I have CEL issues after installing the borlas?

3. will just installing borlas with the stock exhaust give me the desired boxer rumble?
