captainobvious Posted November 6, 2011 Share Posted November 6, 2011 I just installed my Cobb SRI, just temporarily to see how it sounds and works. I noticed now when i get on the throttle the Swoosh of the turbo is much louder, not that i mind, is it normal to hear that? I don't plan to keep it on till i get it tuned, just wanted to see what a difference it would make and it sure seems to make the turbo spooling up louder. The stock intake is designed to quiet those noises you're hearing (kind of like the stock exhaust) and putting any aftermarket intake will be louder.
