Listerine
Hey guys, after searching and searching I still cannot find the shaft diameter of a Kartboy STS and therefore I am asking. Will a Kartboy Short Throw Shifter (http://www.tougetuning.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=22_23_24_26&products_id=186) fit with a Momo Shift Knob (http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=370223117805) ??? The Momo knob says will fit most with a shaft diameter of 16mm or less... Thanks Kenny

mylgt1
Yes it will fit. Kartboy has the same thread as stock shifter. That momo knob your looking at does'nt thread on it uses set screws to hold it on...

Mine came with both set screws and rubber inserts that you could use to thread onto the shifter. I used the rubber inserts instead of the set screws. I just chose one of the inserts that was a little bit smaller that the shifter, and screwed it on.
Listerine
Great. Thanks alot guys! I just got the matching pedal set from a local shop here and I'm enjoying the better grip oh my shoes + easier heel-toe. However I was worried as to the compatibility of the STS and knob as the ebay vendor told me it wouldn't fit ...
Town
I have the kartboy sts and a momo. It fits fine, just use some thread or electrical tape on the shaft before tightening the knob or it'll buzz...that's what she said
Listerine
Ok, once again LGT.com has proven itself to be the best source on info for Subaru enthusiasts, I picked up a c-clip tool today(for the sts), bought the shift knob on ebay, and am picking up the Kartboy STS on Thursday (Hopefully). Will post up pics when its all installed and done. Again, thanks guys!

Silverstar
Hey, that looks nice! More pics of pedal set?
Listerine
Sure thing. Excuse the floor, I'm due for a interior shampoo on Monday (hopefully). + the clutch and brake pedals have a rubber strip down the middle with yellow Momo letters like the gas pedal, they just fell off b/c of crappy factory tape. Gonna stick them on with shoe glue later.
RedDawg
are those replacement pedals like the wrx set or just covers?
Listerine
The Momo pedals are metal with screw holes. I just had to drill into my pedals then attach with nut and bolt over my oems. Seems very sturdy and I was able to move the gas closer to the brake.
