dark_templer_102
Ya, the only reason I would use brake cleaner is because it takes off grease from those stupid wheel lugs that keep leaking out...it says not to do it on painted areas, but i tried just tiny bits and it cleaned off the oil, and I couldn't feel any difference on the rim... Also, I have these yellow streaks on my rims now....It might have been caused by useing those wheel cleaner spray stuff, anyone know what it is? OBieXT
WD-40 works well for removing grease & such without being too rough on the finish.

OCDetails
You used brake cleaner on your rims??? That is the kind of thing I would do to somebody's wheels if I didn't like them and wanted to cause them misery. Brake cleaner has the ability to really mess up wheels. I'm going to have to see pictures of this damage to know if it is anything that can even be repaired. _________________________________________ “Cleanliness becomes more important as godliness becomes more unlikely.” O C D E T A I L S .
