Finally got this baby installed! I am so satisfied with the outcome.

Some notes

*The AVO single din needs to be modified, but it was not difficult.

*The inner bracket needs to be adjusted also because the direction is slightly pointing towards Right for RHD cars, but time and patient solved it.

*The plastic behind the cubby needs to be trimmed, need patient also

*To keep the stock HU working, use a LOC, and use the new HU's AUX as output.

All thanks to: David Carter and his Forward/Reverse Harnesses!!!

Backup cam installed! NO, I DID NOT drill any holes. I just unscrew the RIGHT bolt of the trunk, and then run the wires from the trunk to the front.

u can kinda ballpark the price of the parts u find from ebay lol. I think it cost me 800ish+/-

like i said, the MUST get are:

avo din

harnesses

LOC (IF you wanna have sound coming out from the stock HU)

Everything else can be cheaper depending on what you use as HU with or without navi

Looks great! I really just want an aux port but I have the 06 :icon_sad: wondering what would be easier, switching in a 07 HU and wiring up the aux port or doing this instead. Definitely like the idea of having a radio on the cubby though
