Some tell me what camber bolts to buy please

So I've been doing some research on the site about camber bolts and I'm not sure which ones I need/want.

First I went through this thread which says to use the aftermarket 14mm bolts in the bottom hole maxed out to dial in negative camber: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/camber-bolts-82963.html

So which one is better? Stronger? allows for more camber? I've seen some other threads where people insist not to install bolts in the upper position. If anyone could provide some insight that'd be great.
