jay965
My first Subaru if I do decide to purchase it. But before I get to ahead of myself and make it an impulse buy I wanted to know what you guys think of it. I don't have any specific questions, most of them are general, but anything you have knowledge of please let me know. Is it reliable, safe, good price? Or could I haggle the price a little? 80695 miles, single owner, no accidents, regular oil changes $1,770 above retail according to carfax. DonnyJagaru
I wouldn't pay over suggested retail. Especially considering its not a private seller. Carfax shows a lien on the vehicle. This is typically because someone has bought/leased it and run out of money. Hence, I question whether maintenance has been done regularly. xt2005bonbon
From now on, any used car I buy will get a compression/leak down test. So that's the first thing I would suggest you to do if you are really considering buying it.

xt2005bonbon
how much does that normally run? I'd say about an hour labor from experienced mechanics who are used to work on Subaru engines.
