biz77
Carefully and just very slightly with your fingers pull the top of the a-pillar away from the headliner. Slide a medium sized flat blade screwdriver down towards the dash at the same angle as the pillar. About three inches from the top is a metal tab that when pushed down (towards the dash) will release the top of the a-pillar panel. There is another plastic pop-it clip towards the bottom (about 5" up from the dash) that will just pop out. Pull the panel up (towards roof) and out (towards center of windshield). LT5PLA
does the same apply fot the b and c pillars?
biz77
Very similar process for the C-pillar. Metal clip at top and two plastic popits towards the bottom. The B-pillar uses a small screw/bolt hidden behind the airbag SRS logo, which pops out with a small screwdriver. There are then two popits towards the bottom. You must remove the lower (black panel) portion before you can remove the upper portion.

47ka
I believe the reason why the headliner is white is so that the car doesn't feel claustrophobic - it gives a sense of "airiness." This was the reason that SAAB gave for making the headliner of the 9-3 convertible white.
pattypat
So no problems with removal of a-pillar as long as you are careful right? ineed to re-install my boost guage on my dash and the easy way to go it sounds like is removing the a-pillar. How many of you have done this?
