Best thing is probably to stop by advance (or similar) and have them pull the pending code and then reset it. Write down the pending code just in case it pops up again. If you just want to reset it you can undo the negative connection. Either leave it for a bit before reconnecting or pump the brakes for a bit and then reconnect (i think that drains the capacitors so the system will reset...?)
