Looking to by an 05' LGT...Need Help!

hey guys, im new here and in need of a car I've always been a fan of the legacy/wrx just never had a chance to own one now the time has come! I found a 05' LGT,http://www.autotrader.com/dealers/inview/detail.jsp?ct=u&car_id=297949271&dealer_id=949412&car_year=2005&dealership_view_name=theautogroup&address=21201&sort_type=make_modelASC&cardist=5507, thats the link I just need some help/advice on what to look out for when im checking out this car, bad turbo whats the main thing that goes wrong basically if im getting myself into a bad deal etc..it says that the clutch has been replaced, is that due to excessive beating on it will that be a problem later down in the future..?
