Why leverage a wing from such a low mount?

If the wing surface is going to be so high, why not have the mount point correspondingly high?

^ I agree. It should be the sedan if they're going to "Tease" people with the cloth image. Otherwise it's pointless. A huge fail if you ask me.

Apparently the sedan has been confirmed. Seems like they did a little photoshop work on the cloth if that's the case, then

Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love you, tomorrow, I hope Subaru doesnt dissapoint me awwaaayyyy... This had better not be another crappy Impreza redesign.. I will barf. Whoever the Toyota designers are that are working on the Subaru's need to fade away like Toyota's sales.

Did anyone see the big sign behind the new 2011 WRX at the auto show?? "23 HOURS UNTIL THE FASTEST STI EVER!"

I think SOA Blog made a comment along the lines like... "it's not power that has to make it fast" or something.

I guess people are thinking he's hinting at a DSG

DSG tranny is long overdue for the STI, and WRX...and 2010 Legacy GT actually

I know a DSG is better for performance and all, but the big seller on the LGT for me was that I could have a stick still. It's getting more and more rare, especially in a sedan of this size.

At the same time, there is a larger population out there that is looking for a DSG tranny in a sedan like the LGT, without being forced into the inferior, gimp 6cyl engine

DSG transmissions perform better as well

well i went to the nyc auto show and sat in the sti sedan and loved it (sorry no pics). they had the sedan right behind the hatch both in a sexy deep blue color with the grey wheels and black interior. i visited my dealer today and was told to check back in a month or so about color & wheel/nav options. i won't buy it till i drive it but it is very likely my car will be in the classifieds soon. the real question is, to part out or not to part out?

I drove an MR with the dual clutch. no thank you. It's now where near as engaging to drive as a manual. If dual clutches replace automatics, fine by me... but I want a real stick in my car.

I like dual-clutch autos in "agressive" driving situations due to the super-fast shifts, but in day-to-day driving they seem too active. A friend of mine has that same TC-SST box in his Lancer Ralliart and that thing is always all over the place. It seems to jump around + or - 2 gears even under the slightest change in pedal pressure. The Porsche PDK was pretty good, but it's also a Porsche PDK, I doubt one that sophisticated will find it's way into a Subie.
