front bumper support bracket?

My 06 LGT was purchased with a salvage title. The prior owner slapped some parts on and called it good. I cant complain because it looked ok and I got a great deal on the car.

 

My wife bounced the front of the car, backing off a curb, and smacked the bottom of the front bumper and kinda messed up the delicate balance the prior owner created when he put it back together.

 

I'm trying to get everything straightened out again and I came across these support brackets that are not on my bumper skin. See number 9 in the picture. Can anyone tell me how this attaches to the bumper and maybe post a picture? I don't have any screw holes on top of my bumper where this looks like it should attach. My bumper cover appears to be an aftermarket replacement part. I'm thinking if I add these brackets they will help the bumper keep it's shape.

I've looked around at a lot of front bumper cover pictures, and pictures of the front end of the car with the front bumper cover off. I can't find anything that even comes close to looking like a side bumper cover bracket like that, so I'm interested to see the answer to this question as well.

Thanks Apexi, those pics are exactly what I needed! Now that I see them in place, I'm probably not going to order the brackets, since that won't really effect my issues.
