Inspector Gadget
I have a line on a non-catted down pipe at an attractive price, but I want a catalytic converter so I can be a socially responsible citizen. Is there any reason I shouldn't/couldn't install a stand-alone catalytic converter similar to this one for less than $50? http://i.ebayimg.com/t/3-Thunderbolt-Catalytic-Converter-High-Flow-T409-Stainless-Steel-Rear-O2-Nut-/00/s/MjgzWDQyMA==/z/F~UAAOxy7rdRED6N/$T2eC16J,!ykE9s7twBVOBRED6NBF2w~~60_12.JPG

Hops
That's just a pain in the ass. You're better off finding a catted downpipe. Buy my cars!
McDowell Performance Tunin
^ I concur. either put the non-catted on or go with one designed with a cat to begin with. www.facebook.com/mcdowelltuning [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Click Here for Stage1, Stage2 and Stage3 Tuning and eTuning Info
Inspector Gadget
Through a fortuitous chain of events, I bought the catless downpipe and traded it for a catted downpipe. I now have an Invidia catted downpipe on its way. Thanks for the advice!
