eljay
howdy, all. i searched, but did not find . . . at about 52,000 miles, the ol' re92s are about gone. when i replace the tires (soon), should i bite the bullet for new struts, too? that is my impression, but i don't want to spend $$ unnecessarily. also, could someone be kind enough to recommend a replacement brand/model that would be an upgrade over stock? i'm all stock (up to this point), a grandma driver, and i don't wanna mess with springs, etc. unless there is something(s) i don't know. many thanks, eljay i'm way out of my depth . . . rallyInspired
i have bilstein hd and love'em. but if you have no real interest in upgrading the performance, then i don't see a need for you to replace your struts unless there is something wrong with them.
