fattburr
So I took the wheels off to paint the brake calipers. When I put the wheels back on and lowered the car back I was tightening the lugs and noticed a squeking noise coming from under the back of the car. So I kept the breaker bar on one of the lugs and just pushed on it lightly to rock the car back and forth to replicate the noise and every time it rocks it squeaks. I alsp noticed the same noise for the past few days while getting in and out of the car. I dont hear it while driving unless its drowned out by the sound of the exhaust. Any thoughts? Thanks. fattburr
Yes its from the ebrake. I took the ebrake off and noise was gone. Couple months I took the car to my mechanic to change the rear wheel bearings and he said the ebrake clips were also damaged and bought a kit with the clips and changed them. Probably the clips he installed bad again.
