candt
I just purchased a 2009 Legacy, and I need to put a seat cover on the drivers seat, because I get somewhat dirty at work. I dont want to get a cover that will interfere with the side airbags in the seats. What do you guys use?
wurkenman
I just keep an oversized bath towel in the car that is close to the seat color. When I am dirty and can't change my work clothes, I just put the towel on the seat until I get home. If you woke up today, you have another chance to do it right. max_bobby
http://www.seatshield.com/ Greatest thing I ever bought for my leggy.
candt
The seat shield looks like a good idea. It appears to slip over the headrest, and go down a little over the sides of the seat. Will this hinder the air bag deployment in any way?
Durkin
Are the airbags actually in the seat, or the pillars? My s60 had airbag emblems on the seats, but when I got t-boned the airbag was a curtain airbag from the pillars, not the seats. Not sure if that is even remotely relevant. max_bobby
They do not interfere with the side air bags. I can take some photos if you like. I really like them, actually bought three.
