ktmrider
Hi folks, have a perplexing issue that I need some advice on. 2005 LGT, 6MT and front Brembo swap BTW. Cruise light indicator will start blinking if turned on ( and cut off if engaged ) once I go above 60mph. In addition when engaged it "surges" quite a bit however speed does not go up/down significantly. Thought it was due to NSS switch height, replaced and re-shimmed the used sensor. Cutout still present. I logged the NSS, it's rock solid. I know suspect the ABS sensor(s), checked with a buddies PCM scanner and it showed three "undefined" codes. Reset and drove around, still have issue. Anyone know how close the sensors should be in terms of speed/signal? I don't have time to mess with it for another week but wanted to get some opinions on what to look for or expect when monitoring each sensor. Thanks in advance for any help! ktmrider
Also should mention, no ABS lights or CEL codes are present.
KoukiS14
I think you're right. Had a similar problem when I swapped in a wheel bearing with a faulty ABS ring.
ktmrider
And resolved, wheel bearings were bad plus non-OEM. Cruise works properly, no surging or cutoff.
