Did a little spiring detailing, and redid the grill

Recommended Posts

Well it was finally nice enough here to get my spring detailing done. It's been barely 60 for weeks, finally this week it was near 80 most of the time, so I think our chances of snow are slim... I had been waiting till I got a chance to clean the car to put the grill back in, and now that it's all back together I'm very pleased.

For those that care:

1. Wash with Meguiars car wash soap

2. Four-Star Clay bar

3. Klasse All in One Cleaner

4. Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze

Let sit 12 hours, then buff off Glaze

5. Finish with Meguiars Gold Class Wax

6. Watch bugs try to land on car and skid off...

its not chrome anymore....

Correct. I had painted the wings last summer, but left the chrome surround because of the wheels I was using. I wanted at least somthing to work with the chrome wheels on the car. Now that I have the wheels I wanted, I finished off the grill.

Here's a few more pics from today when it was actually nice out.
