grantLGT Posted November 22, 2011 Share Posted November 22, 2011 Ok so after I put my down pipe on, i've noticed a very annoying clunking sound when im on the break in drive at a stop light. "cars a 5eat" but when i put it in nuetral the clunking sound coming from my feet that i can feel stops. everything is tight, nothing loose. tranny mount, nothin I can find. Is it just my tranny dropping down and hitting my down pipe? its only at a stop. please help! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

MooKz Posted November 24, 2011 Share Posted November 24, 2011 Solution: Go to Walmart or any local store of your choice, and purchase anything flat and rubber and you can either 3M it to the trans or DP or put a high heat adhesive on it. A friend tried it and for the most part, it works. The only way he hears it is if he is under the car listening like a bat hunting its prey. Hope this helps.
