I'm currently running SpecB Bilsteins w/Pinks and was considering switching over to the RCE Tarmacs and depending on the rebuild cost, might be intrested in these. Thanks! I had mine rebuilt by KW (via RCE) after 60k mi of track days, ice racing, autocross, etc that they knew about. Price was $0. That said, if you bought them used, I wouldn't expect that.
