KevinA Posted June 16, 2014 Share Posted June 16, 2014 I think my master cylinder is going bad. My petal goes about 1/2 down before I get any feel. While i hold it, I notice a drop in the petal, but never to the floor. if I pump the petal, it builds pressure. I have bled the brakes, this didn't help any. I have 2 major questions, 1) Should I be looking at something else first? 2) If it is the BMC, should I just upgrade it while I'm opening up the system? 2a) If I do replace it, should i go with the 04 STi BMC with WRX booster, or the 08+ STi BMC with my stock booster?
