ktm200
Have an 09 legacy GT auto. Got a flat. Swapped for the spare then went to install the fuse as it shows on 8-4 of the manual to disengage the AWD. Problem is the spot for the fuse that the manual points to, has no pins inside. It's just a plastic slot so the fuse makes no contact with anything. After 25 mins I said screw it and drove the couple miles home. For future reference, how the heck do I disengage the AWD to safely use a spare?
spec.B Dream
I believe that was only for older models. The 4th gen are full time awd. Your spare should be the same diameter as your other tires.

apexi
When I look up the 2009 owners manual online, they make it sound like that's just for non-turbo models http://www.subaru.com/owners/resource-center/owners-manuals/
ktm200
Count me stupid then. Missed that bit. In my defense I was changing the tire in the middle of some serious snow haha Sounds safe to drive on the turbo models then.
