Timing off????

Here's a couple pics of my cam gears. One side is right on. The other is off. The upper cam appears to be right on. The lower is off. Does it look like one tooth off to you?

If I line the mark up here^ then the two below will be off. No mater what I do, one side is off.

Yeah, the half tooth syndrome can be a PITA. Pretty common, use the painted lines on the belt and you can't go wrong. Almost every one I do is like this. If it is a used belt, find the painted lines and repaint over them. FWIW, the "Subaru" marking should be read left to right (from the front of the vehicle) as reading a book when you install the belt.
