Talk about a PITA - having to be ready for a phone call stating that an agent would like to show it in an hour. We close on the sale 11/10 and close on the purchase of the new place in Hudson, Wi on 11/12. I'm gonna miss Colorado quite badly... However, the LGT should pull quite nicely down at 800 ft ASL. Congrats John! I know selling a house is a pain. It took us over a year of the constant be ready at every minute for a showing - to get rid of it. Getting past the inspection and buyer financing are additional hurdles... but with the timeframe mentioned sounds like you've got a done deal. Congrats!
