Sublimejoe
Thanks guys! Maybe I will just buy another set of corners (again) and do one set amber and leave the others clear.

Sublimejoe
Corners came today. Popped them in real quick: http://i.imgur.com/I0ox8XS.jpg http://i.imgur.com/3GyFiuX.jpg I need to adjust the headlights a bit so the corners fit better. Headed out to get some nuts now. I definitely think amber would look cleaner. Never been a fan of all clear on anything.

Smithcraft
The clear corners look great! I believe that if you go with the European glass head lights, you'll have to get the European corners also. Otherwise, this car is Gorgeous! SC 1994 Legacy MI 2008 Legacy GT specB 2023 Crosstrek Limited

I believe that if you go with the European glass head lights, you'll have to get the European corners also. Otherwise, this car is Gorgeous! SC Thank you so much! I was going to purchase the glass headlights and accompanying corners, but it seemed silly since my headlights are so clean. Probably something I will pick up down the road at some point. Updates: Pulled the automatic shifter linkage out today and took the console pieces out to clean: http://i.imgur.com/ZKXTwTvl.jpg The before photos of the console are gross, so here is an after shot: http://i.imgur.com/5RG9Www.jpg It still doesnt look perfect as you can see. It doesnt have any cracks or scrapes, its just discolored. Any suggestions on what I can or should do? I suppose I could spray it the same way I did with the steering wheel, and wrap the armrest. Sublimejoe
Hahahaha agreed! I put on a second layer but it looked horrible because I didn't take my time and it wasn't sticking too well. I think spraying them is the right way to do it honestly.

Sublimejoe
Took the transmission off motor yesterday, and sold the motor. I have everything I need now to get the five speed swap taken care of: http://i.imgur.com/ZSHEhpA.jpg I am only missing the metal plate that goes around the shifter inside the car. I'm not sure what it is called, but the automatic one is definitely different.

Sublimejoe
Sitting here almost ready! What should I take care of before I put this in? Bushings? http://i.imgur.com/gkVQNzZl.jpg I have purchased many bolts to mount this and that to the car: http://i.imgur.com/dTb09aTl.png Edited May 2, 2016 by Sublimejoe
monkeyposeur
I'd definitely replace the bushings. I like my whitelines. Might as well replace the tie rods while you are at it.
Sublimejoe
Today was definitely a good day! The guy who bought my old Ej22 told me he had a parts car that I could come pick parts from and he was only a few minutes from where I live! I got all of the window molding pieces I was searching for, and its in pristine shape! Also got the interior trim pieces that go between the door card & window, complete five speed center console, a few miscellaneous pieces for the five speed swap and a fresh set of gray doorcards. http://i.imgur.com/PnXZ4INh.jpg http://i.imgur.com/hSiSnkoh.jpg http://i.imgur.com/QKcw6m4h.jpg http://i.imgur.com/cYBKZ12h.jpg http://i.imgur.com/mYlOpyGh.jpg http://i.imgur.com/jTwL5vth.jpg
