05wagongt Posted December 12, 2012 Share Posted December 12, 2012 is there anyone you recommend in pgh pa to install this? i know my way around a car, but tearing into an auto tranny terrifies me. would aamco or someplace similar be able to handle this? i want to do this so if i decide to go for higher hp, im safe to do so... You could just have a separate lever / switch board next to the regular stick, which would become active once the lever is in D. Oh my gosh it was amazing, my stock trans feels like a case full of jello or pudding compared to Zen's! The 5EAT should have been like this from the factory! T The actual shift (1-2, 2-3....) is incredibly quick. Is the delay from input to actual shift any quicker, I was too excited by the lightning shifts to really pay attention The Holidays can't pass quick enough now, I need to save up and get one for my wagon! It feels stock as a rock until it shifts under power. Yeah after the bad luck of blowing up the tranny in about two months after going stage 3, I was pretty lucky because I took it to a shop I used before and trusted, and they just happened to work closely with TransGo.
