SLegacy99
So I am looking for an apartment in the Towson/Cockeysville area. I have found that the rental websites make the apartments look great. And then review websites are all negative. So if anyone has any input it would be much appreciated. I am 25, single, and looking for a one bedroom. prash4902
I stay at Padonia Apartments in Timonium for the past 3+ years and I have been happy so far. Hunt club, Braircliff apts in Cockeysville is also good.
SLegacy99
Ah, nice. Thanks. Yeah, I need to be in between Baltimore and Hunt Valley. This could work.
I Donated thefultonhow Posted July 29, 2011 I Donated Share Posted July 29, 2011 What's your price range? Do you work on your own car?
SLegacy99
I do work on my own car. Ideally, Id like to spend less than a $1000 a month on rent. However, if I get master's level job (which was the point of spending 25 grand on a masters degree right?) then I can afford more.
I Donated thefultonhow Posted July 29, 2011 I Donated Share Posted July 29, 2011 If you're willing to live in Owings Mills, this place is just down the street from me: http://www.forrent.com/apartment-community-profile/999906121.php Garage apartments starting at $1030/mo. Owings Mills is about a 30 minute drive from Hunt Valley Mall on interstates in non-rush-hour conditions, and about 35 minutes on back roads at all times. Honestly, I bet you could do it in under 30 on back roads if you didn't worry about speed limits.

BAC5.2
Have you thought about living in the city? The Ft. McHenry area is really nice. I work in Hunt Valley! RuskiTrombone
+1 to Owings Mills, but I say this because I love all the Ruski markets and restaurants there.
Jazz95
Try Rodgers Forge in Towson. Near the university and was pretty cheap for the area when I lived there.
