Easy check to make sure the diffs arent being damaged?

So even tho I know that the 5MT is a pretty loud tranny, especially with a stiffer trans mount, I occasionally get paranoid hearing all the noises my tranny makes at various points when Im driving.

Is there any quick tests/checks I can do to ensure that Im not actually destroying anything? Something that can be done with the car on jack stands.

I have like 40k on this set of tires, so Im always curious if worn tires are going to start to effect things.
