De-Badged the rear end today. I kind of like this clean look on most cars. The Legacy comes pretty covered with all sorts of crap on the rear end. So a little floss after a rear end wash and then let it sit in the sun and the letters come right off.

I left the 3.6R badge just so people in the know don't think its a 2.5i

Well if it's my time, then I expect to get paid money for it. Thus the old adage, "Time is Money!"

I like both time and money, but probably money more so than time. Not real sure though...;)

But I do think a Sugga Momma would be good to have. I wonder if my wife would mind? Hmmmm...

Nice! Minus black wheels and roof this is exactly how I envision mine to turn out.

I also agree with the later post about the mesh. The gauge of the mesh is just cheap on the aftermarket stuff thats available. You might be able to find gutter guard wide enough to fit though. If your not familiar its stuff you place over your gutter along the roof of you house to keep shit from building up in it. Most brands have that nice thick gauge look to it.

Has anyone color matched the surround on the grille with pearl white and painted the wings black?

I haven't seen a SWP car done like that yet, but not everyone posts their stuff here. I guess its possible. Personally I don't think it would look too great, but that's just me. Give it a try! Edited by ChasWG

I think I might do it and just use some white Plasti-Dip as the primer so it can be peeled off if I dont like it. I think it might actually look good cause I'm not shooting for the total black on white tuner look but close. My LS had a chrome surround on its grill and I painted its center black and the surround silver to match and it looked good. Then I found out they make the grilles for other years:rolleyes:

Here is my 3.6R from Oz down under. These are 19" rims from a tire place in Longbeach CA i had imported as no one has decent wheels for a 5x100 wheel studs.

***UPDATE*** I finally got tired of the scrapping noise every time i went over a speed hump or hard round a bend, the rears just dragged on the inside of the rear quarters, a mate, with an axe handle using the tire as a leverage, gently rolled the inside edge of the guard up a few milimeters and now with 8.5" rims it clears fine, even with a boot full of stuff it doesnt touch anymore.

Fitment is perfect. slightly rubbed. 150lb driver. I was rubbing more on my 05 sti with these setup it's due to the type of suspension setup also. Im going for wider tires once my suspension is done.

I am not a fan of gold rims but those look awesome on your leggy. Great job. I would actually be interested inthose same rims but in steel gray for my ride. Great choice in both color and style for your ride, congrats!

Hello everyone!!! I'm new to the forum & just wanted to share some pics of my Legacy with you. I need to get some updated ones as I have gold pin striping done now, but it got a little messed up over the winter, so my hubby needs to redo it. The car didn't come with the spoiler, so we added that and, obviously, the gold rims. My hubby also painted the calipers red.
