ja_bwoy
My car has the 2.0 SOHC EJ20 engine and its painfully slow. Therefore I'm exploring my options: Go the turbo route or do an engine swap. Though slow, my engine has less than 10 000 miles on it and so I like knowing it'll be problem-free for a while. In checking around I saw this on eBay and wanted your collective advice, where's the catch? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/T25-T28-TD04-H-TURBO-CHARGER-INTERNAL-WASTEGATE-8-PSI_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33742QQihZ020QQitemZ300070400779QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW
Effin Ponderous
Looks real, but I can't see a 56% increase over an F/I motor...maybe over N/A
ja_bwoy
Wow, Effin, you're really quick on the draw. I had posted the wrong link. Check it again. Thanks
zmarko
You do know that there's more to turbo charging a NA car then just slapping a turbo on it, right? FYI - The T-25 is an OEM turbocharger for the 95-99 era DSM's. Decent low spool, but lose steam up top.

Also, where do you think is the best place to research turbocharging my 2.0 SOHC engine?

zmarko
Isn't that turbo known as the T-TooSmall turbo? Sure is. Actually I believe it's the same turbo that was used on the 90-96 300ZX twin turbo.
