Rear end creaking - arm bushing

Hey guys, I've been tracking down a creaking / squeak in the rear of my car and I believe I've found the culprit.

The arm in this picture that extends from behind the rotor to the right appears to be the issue. Where this mounts on the right side there is a circular bushing, when I jack up this knuckle I can see the bushing nearly spinning, and hear a rubber creaking from in there.

What is this bushing called?

Is it common?

I'm hearing it more on the passenger side than the driver side.

I get a squeak/creak on my rear passenger side. I've always assume it was from the parking brake, since I notice it only happens when I get in and out of the car, and the parking brake is engaged. I'm wondering if that could be what you're hearing too?
