blackinches Posted October 5, 2008 Share Posted October 5, 2008 hey guys, i can't get the stupid online owners manual to work and i can't seem to find my manual. can any body tell me which fluids are used in a stock 06 legacy gt? namely the automatic transmission fluid, front and rear differential and brake fluid? thanks for the help guys. porcupine73 Posted October 23, 2008 Share Posted October 23, 2008 My best guesses would be auto trans fluid - Subaru/Idemitsu HP-ATF (or equivalent Subaru ATF) front and rear diff - GL-5 75w90 gear oil (not sure if you have any clutch based limited slip?) brake fluid - dot 3 or dot 4 my.subaru.com would show you the owners manual free.
