kind of a cluncking nosie when making right turn????

The only way to determine if the CV joint is going, beside the clucking sound while turning, is by tearing it down. Once you have it apart you would look for signs like this in the pic.

Yes the used CV Joint and shaft can be used as a core for a purchase of a new one.

It's fairly easy to pull the axle out. Brake the center nut in the hub, disconnect the lower control arm from the hub. Slide the brake/hub off the axle spindle, then pull the otherside out of the tranny. Sometimes a small crowbar will help to pop it out. Follow this link to Youtube, there is a 16 set videos related to the removal of the axle and CV joint.

That isn't entirely true, the axle nut on my car was so tight that I couldent get it off myself, I tried a breaker bar with a 2ft cheater bar on it and put as much pressure as i could without breaking the breaker bar. I ended up taking it to a place that has a 1" impact, that did the trick.
