drsnobiz
Well, I just had my 05 LGT tuned by Keith Fields at AWDTuning.com. He and his better half made their way down to Webster where VW AWD opened their garage doors for a workspace. While Keith mainly does open source, I went ahead and got a ProTune with my AP. As such, it's hard to know my numbers exactly but he's guessing somewhere around 280 at the wheels with around 19 lbs of boost. I can tell a distinct difference between where my car was previously with the OTS Stage 2 map. Anyone in the Dallas area needing a tune I'd definitely recommend Keith. Current engine mods include Cobb UP, Cobb DP, Borla CBE, Tuning Alliance TMIC, AVO MAF Hose, AVO Turbo Inlet, AVO TB Hose, K&N Drop-In. I have a couple of videos of the tune as well. vodoo-chile
Just out of curiosity, what was the price? I am needing a new tune and have been leaning towards either Infamous or Tuning Alliance due to the lack of competent tuners in the area. Thanks, Kyle
drsnobiz
I'd definitely go with Keith over TA. Keith gets over to Houston and Austin every other month or so and usually posts the open slots over on nasioc in the TXIC section. That's how I was able to get tuned in Houston. From http://www.awdtuning.com/ Pricing will vary from each setup and engine management, feel free to inquire for more details.
