Vinny78 Posted February 19, 2012 Share Posted February 19, 2012 So i noticed today that on my car the second cat has no sensors connected to it which means i should be able to gut it or remove it with out getting a cel, good or bad idea, and do you guys think it will give me a little gain in power? It didn't change the smell of my exhaust, but it made it sound like a lawnmower afterwards. I don't know how one little cat made such a difference but it completely ruined the exhaust note of my car. apexjapan Posted February 28, 2012 Share Posted February 28, 2012 The cats act like little mufflers - taking them out increases the noise, sometimes considerably.
