The only mods are tint that the car came with and I did some debadging. Might just have to slap them on. For what its worth, my brother has Cobb springs on his 05 STI. The ride is pretty good and so is the drop. I think you would like them. I don't mind the extra clay barring or touching up missed spots since the paint is pretty good at hiding scratches.
