I'm looking for a front bumper cover on my 2008 spec B and it looks like rockauto.com has a CAPA certified bumper cover for $49.79 and the OEM part on subarupartsoem.com has the oem part for $224.96. tjpete04 Posted May 1, 2014 Share Posted May 1, 2014 I am an insurance adjuster. CAPA Certified is a strict specification test on aftermarket parts to make sure they are in line with the OEM part. That said they are still after market parts. Most people would not be able to tell the difference between the fit and finish of an CAPA part or OEM part.
