Many updates for me in the past little while, still trying to bring it all together.

Got my other present to myself today...

Nice detail work,

Obviously couldn't wait to get the old ones out and the new ones in. I think I managed to wait an entire hour before installing them.

Old setup,

VS

New setup,

Much louder than previous setup, it'll take some getting used to. Need to have someone let me know just how low it is outside the car, the wagon tends to enhance the sound dramatically due to the hollow space.

I've decided to put all the extra space where the old mufflers were to good use. I think I can easily smuggle 3 or 4 mexicans on each side. If they're small and under fed I should be good for 5...

Hey all, Just picked up my 08 Bronze LGT Limited. Found it at Mercedes of Austin with only 20k miles and got it for $18k. I wil post pics in a few days, once I get it all cleaned up and the bug guts off it from the drive.

Holy crap, nice deal, especially considering the mileage. I just picked up a 08' Bronze LGT limited too, 80k mi for $14.5k.

I saw that one in Austin on my search. Nice car. Wish I was back in Austin. My first LGT (SWP '05) is driving around in Austin still with the 2nd owner. I miss that one still. I saw the old girl at Flying Saucer twice before I moved away in '11.

Go Cardinals!

Washed the car last night to try to do the wheels justice. They looked good on a dirty car, look much better on a clean car.

Still need to adjust the coils. Waiting for the drive to and from ottawa with the trailer this weekend.

Can't wait to get my winter rims back. Is it sad to say that I'm excited to swap out again?

Once I get mine all shiny, I'll get some pics of mine on here.

New to the forum, and glad to see other DBM people out there. For some reason, nobody seems to like this color, and I think it is one of the best ones out there!

I have always dug on this color. I had a 1985 Mazda 626LX Sport Coupe that was almost the identical color and it looked so good in the sunlight after wax. I rarely see one of these in person so people who own these, keep them in good shape as they may become a collectible rarity in the near future.

LegaLude-Really like the gold wheels on the bronze. Nice contrast but also a nice match too.

Well I officially had to give up my bronze leggy. Traded it in about a month ago at a dealership in nh for a limited outback sap. So sad to give it up, but I really needed something with better mpg and cheaper gas. Plus, ma roads were just really wearing on this vehicle. I also wasn't able to enjoy the car as much up here with all the traffic. Guess they sold it pretty quickly, so I'm hoping the new owner gets to enjoy it. I know I did.

It's been nice being apart of the leggy community but now I guess I have to join the outback one to be with the soccer moms. :-)

Anyway, it's been nice being in this thread.

Swapped over today... Jacked the coils up went from 12 3/8" to a height of 13 1/4". I feel like I'm driving a truck now. Don't scrape the mudflaps anymore. I miss being low...

Blues are on, not sure how I like them. It really darkens down the car. It's good to have a change after three seasons on whites. Car is pretty much ready for winter, need to get an alignment now that the coils have settled after a season of driving and the car is properly leveled.

Out with the old, in with the new.

Swapped out and sitting high!

Coils after a season of use. Looking forward to seeing them after the winter. Hopefully not too much for weathering. The KW stainless should be a big help up here.

I did some "custom" axle back exhaust. (AKA straight pipes instead of mufflers.) essentially my own version of of the nameless axle back option.

I put the original tips on and painted the piping black. Looks factory except they extend out past the bumper a little.

Eventually I'll lower it like my boy's jetta parked on the side:

Winter has arrived for us in northern ontario...

So much fun! (I'll only be saying that for another week or two.)
