landark Posted December 30, 2012 Share Posted December 30, 2012 You're actually looking for an 05-07 Legacy GT wagon or 05-09 OBXT. There was no 08-09 LGT wagon in the US. Other than exterior appearance the main difference is suspension. If you want a decent handling car you get the GT. If ground clearance is a concern, you get the XT. lccl Posted December 31, 2012 Share Posted December 31, 2012 The Outback XT also has a different roof rack to go along with the fender flares and bigger fog lamps. When lowered, the OBXT is much sexier than the LGT imo and I wish I had a lowered OBXT instead of my LGT wagon.
