Machine Age Victim
I'm replacing my driveshaft (bad central bearing) and the shop that took my old one off didn't put the bolts back, now I need to go get new ones but I don't know what size they are (thread diameter and pitch). They are the "T2" bolts in the diagram below, thanks http://img121.imageshack.us/img121/1828/boltm.jpg
DaveLang
Apologies that I can't answer your question. I have a metric tap & die set...can you find a friend who has one? You might try measuring the minor dia of the thread and compare to a metric thread chart. Working lengths are 1 to 1.5 times the screw diameter. As a side question, where did you obtain the diagram? Looks like it's out of a good service manual and I'm looking for just that.
ClimberDHexMods
You know you can just go to Autozone and buy the metric variety pack of nuts and bolts. Try each one in the box until you find a winner. Bolt size and pitch is written right on that section in the plastic box. GTTuner
I know they are 12mm, not sure of the thread pitch.
