Local Subaru dealership sells a boot kit (boot, clamps and grease) for around $50. I just bought and they installed it. It's been working fine ever since. It's a nightmare otherwise. Just went through this a month ago. The job itself isn't too bad. But don't risk getting the wrong part (as I did) or buying one that you'll have to replace again soon.
