Another inexpensive headlight bulb option, comparied to the Osram Sylvania ultra bulbs. Based on the data, both bulbs are rated almost the same, then again each bulbs are rated slightly different based on the manufacturing standards.

Manufacturer claims

Color - 4100

Lumen - 1600 Lumens

Voltage - 12v 55w

850 hours lifetime

3 months warranty

50% brighter over standard

35% Downroad visibility

35% Side road visibility

Ebay price - $23.99 free shipping

Compared to Osram Sylvania's Ultra Ebay's price - $47.99 free shipping

Review:

Comparied to my previous Sylvania's Ultra bulbs, there is really no difference. The color and visibility are pretty much the same, but for half the price. My previous Sylvania's burn out pretty quick (comparied to stock bulbs) and at the price of the Eiko's, you can afford 2 sets. Sure these bulbs are not as powerfull as the Osram Rally 65w bulbs, but for those who would like a better priced Sylvania's 55w bulbs, the Eiko's are a great alternative IMO.

Yup, it's been over a full year now and not one burnt bulb. I would have gone through a set of Sylvania's by now. I've also upgraded the lower driving lights to Eiko's and still going strong.
